Recent Law Changes to Enduring Powers of Attorney
An Enduring Power of Attorney is a document which enables you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf when you are no longer able to.
If you are considering setting up an Enduring Power of Attorney, or have one already, the law dealing with this changed on 26th September 2008.
If you would like to know more about these changes or have any questions on Enduring Powers of Attorney we would be more than happy to assist.
